13 YEARS OF GASTRONOMY!
Colonialen restaurant has been on the gastronomic forefront since it was established. We serve you the seasons, pick the best from classic dishes and challenge conventions.
The kitchen has been excellent with its combination of tradition and creativity based on the best ingredients of the season and the high-quality restaurant, rich wine list, as well as exceptional food and wine combinations.
The restaurant offers small or large Tasting menu with accompanying wine menu. Saturdays we also serve a 3-course lunch.
In the same venue as the restaurant, but with its own entrance, you will find our informal food and wine bar. The mat bar offers dishes from the restaurant’s kitchen and also shares a wine list with it.
The bar is in the middle of the room and accommodates 30 sitting guests around. We have outdoor seating in our colourful and cosy backyard with several seating areas, greenhouses and barbecue. Here you can enjoy one or more dishes together with a good bottle, a cocktail or just a glass if you wish.
The food bar is open:
Tuesday - Thursday 17:00 - 00:30
Friday 16: 00-00: 30
Saturday 13: 00-00:30
