The credit card must be in the main driver’s name and contain enough funds for a security deposit to be held on it. When picking up the car, inspect the vehicle thoroughly, noting anything of concern on the pick-up slip. We recommend taking photographic and video evidence. Upon returning the car, make sure a member of the car rental staff inspects the vehicle. If everything is in the same condition as when the car left, then the staff member will sign the drop-off slip and the deposit will be released back onto the credit card.
