Join us on a guided tour of St. Mary's Church. St. Mary's Church was build in the mid-1100s and was reopened in 2015 after extensive rehabilitation and the result is magnificent.
St. Mary's Church is the oldest existing building in Bergen. Based on its architectural style was the most likely built between 1130 and 1170. St. Mary's Church was used by Hanseatic merchants from 1408 and German services were held in the church until the middle of the 19th century.
