The Cider House is a family run micro cidery (winery). They live in an organic orchard with a range of different fruits. We produce ciders, fruit wines and brandy. We get to meet with one of the family members and learn about the process of growing and fermenting fruit for cider or brandy. They will also talk about the traditional Champagne method of making sparkling cider. If you want to bring home a taste, you will have time to visit the farm shop with ciders, juices and food souvenirs.
