Herborg Kråkevik embarks on a magnificent Christmas tour with orchestra, Linda Eide, Vigdis Hjorth and Mathias Eick. This year, Herborg Kråkevik takes the music and success concept Christmas Roses to some selected stages around the country.
On the tour she brings with her the author Vigdis Hjorth, journalist and humorist Linda Eide and trumpet virtuoso Mathias Eick.
In addition to new and traditional Christmas music, these eminent communicators will provide the audience with stories, poems and humorous highlights from the Christmas Roses booklets. There will be an Advent atmosphere, Christmas laughter and sadness, classic Christmas stories and brand new texts about each other. Herborg also has the Christmas Rose Quintet, pianist Helge Lilletvedt with him and in each place they are joined by local children's choirs.
In Bergen, the audience can also look forward to experiencing this strong team together with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra. In recent years, the Christmas booklet Christmas Roses with editor Herborg Kråkevik has become a dear part of the Christmas atmosphere in many homes around the country. Christmas 2020 came the album Christmas Roses with brand new Christmas songs signed between others Aurora Aksnes, Odd Nordstoga and Anne Grete Preus, recorded by Herborg and the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra. The album also features Bjørn Eidsvåg, Fargespill, Trygve Skaug, Marianne Pentha, AURORA and Mathias Eick. In November 2021, the album "Barnas Juleroser" will be released with Christmas songs and stories that have been printed in the Christmas booklet with the same name that Herborg is also the editor of. On the album, Herborg performs together with the Christmas Rose Quintet, Bolteløkka Girls 'Choir, Bislett Boys' Choir and Kåre Conradi. - This will be a Christmas show that speaks to all the nooks and crannies of our Christmas heart! Christmas is sensitive stuff, and a little art always does good, whether it's music, literature or visual art. I hope they will come and experience Christmas roses from the stage. We will do everything we can to entertain and stir diving and hopefully give everyone some peace of mind before Christmas, says Herborg.
