About Bergen Convention Bureau

The Bergen Convention Bureau is a part of Visit Bergen and represents the whole industry. We are responsible for promoting Bergen as an international conference and congress city.

We offer free, unconditional advice and assistance to anyone considering organising meetings, conferences or congresses in Bergen. Bergen Convention Bureau is also active in several network organizations as well as being the facilitator for Bergen Ambassador Program.

Our services include:

• Recommending suitable conference venues.
• Providing comprehensive information about hotels and meetings venues, including quotations.
• Assistance in planning social programmes, excursions and guided tours.
• Coordinating inspection visits of Bergen for conference organisers.
• Free presentation and marketing material.
• Presenting a Bid to decision-makers.
• Introducing professional conference organisers (PCO's).
