In the coastal environment at Sotra outside Bergen, you can challenge your team at Camp Panorama. Compete in various exercises that require creativity, strength, efficiency, knowledge and cooperation. Your team will be divided into two or more teams that compete against each other on wilderness-themed tasks close to the hotel area. Ax throwing on the beach, a strength test with boat fenders and smoking and gutting fish are just some of the tasks.

Bergen Base Camp offers game-based team building where the goal is to find and solve as many tasks as possible in a given time. To get a good result on this activity, the participants must cooperate, use tactical skills and sometimes also creative skills. The game can be played anywhere (both indoors and outdoors) and can also be done across several different locations in Norway at the same time.

The hike takes about 3 hours and the degree of difficulty is medium. On this hike you literally walk on top of Bergen, off the beaten track, through forests, past lakes and on paths where you can enjoy the silence.
If you prefer hiking with a view of the sea, Norway Mountain Guides offer a great hike in the coastal area in Øygarden, just outside Bergen.
Bergen Segway's interactive segway race is one of Bergen's most fun team building activities. The company is divided into different teams that compete against each other in an interactive quiz race, which will take you over large parts of Bergen city center. You will of course receive training on a segway before the race starts.
