Finnegaarden private rooms offers small and large function rooms in a historic setting on the iconic Bryggen.
We offer a unique opportunity to choose the menu which is the most appropriate for your occasion. By offering food from all three of our restaurants; Finnegaardsstuene, FG Restaurant & Bar and Casa del Toro, you get a dinner that best suits your event and taste. Our historical and intimate private rooms are perfect for conferences, weddings, confirmations, Christmas dinners, anniversaries and other private events.
We will help tailor your event the way you want it and we have projectors if presentations are to be shown. The private rooms are located in Finnegården, which is part of Bryggen in Bergen, which is on UNESCO's list of world cultural heritage. You cannot ask for a shorter walking distance to the city's sights.
Finnegården probably has its name after the farm Finne on Voss and is first mentioned in 1403. In the mid-16th century, part of the farm belonged to Erik Rosenkrantz. Only after the fire in 1702 was Finnegården rebuilt as we know it today.
