Toll stations in Norway are automated and are equipped with cameras that record vehicle registration number and toll tags. This means that you should not stop when passing. All vehicles without AutoPASS will have their license plate photographed.
All foreign and domestic vehicles must pay road tolls in Norway. Register your car in order to be charged the correct toll rate.
You have two options for payment when driving a foreign registered car in Norway:
Alternative 1: Register with EPASS24 at epass24.com for easy payment by credit card or by invoice to get the correct rate for your vehicle.
Alternative 2: Sign an user agreement and get a toll tag from a toll service provider before arrival to Norway to get the available discounts: autopass.no/en/user/contact-a-toll-service-provider
