Welcome to an exhilarating trampoline wonderland, featuring trampolines on both walls and floors at Rush

At Rush you can practice jumps and tricks, throw yourself onto air bags from tall towers, play basketball or dodgeball on trampoline courts, football, handball and similar activities on a multisport arena, check out our exhilarating slides, and battle like a gladiator. The activities cater to all ages and skill levels.

Various events are held in the park, like Voksensprett on Thursdays from 20:00-21:00 where the park is reserved only for adults, Rush After Dark on Fridays from 20:00-22:00 with a real party vibe, and Minisprett (0-6 years old with parents) Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00-10:00. We recommend you book online before you arrive as the park can be fully booked at times. Apart from Minisprett, the age restriction is 3+ years old.

Groups of all sizes are welcome, and it is easy to arrange a tailored experience by contacting the park via phone or email.

The park is located slightly outside the city center, but it is easy to reach: take the light rail (Bybanen) towards Flesland and get off at the Kokstad stop. The park is visible from the stop. The light rail journey takes less than 40 minutes from the city center (Byparken) to Kokstad.
