The hotel has a great location above Damsgårdssundet / Danmarksplass, with breathtaking views of downtown Bergen and the city's mountains. The interior is designed by world-renowned designer Karim Rashid, a vibrant, contemporary design with focus on comfort, technology and social commitment. We offer standard double room (some connecting), family rooms and suites.

Our 217 rooms have exclusive contemporary design, all rooms are equipped with 160 x 200 cm comfort beds, twin or queen mattress, 40" flat-screen with streaming / apple tv, designer desk, lamp and chair, wardrobe, wall-to-wall carpet, and private bathroom with shower. Our 3 suites are facilitated with meeting facilities, that create an intimate setting for smaller meetings for up to 10 people.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and in the lobby there is Mac's for free use for our guests. Here you will meet our friendly hosts, who are always available to assist with everything from giving advice about the city and to serve basic food and drinks from the reception. Parking, and self-service luggage storage are available.

Breakfast is included, and you can enjoy your mornings at our top floor restaurant Bergtatt. Bergtatt has an Italian-inspired menu combined with local flavors and is also open for à la carte Monday to Saturday.

At Danmarksplass and in the area around (Solheimsgaten and Solheimsviken) there are sportscentres, high schools, restaurants, doctors, dentists, pharmacies, post office, hairdressers, gym, gas station, taxi rank and a variety of shops, apartment buildings, services and industry businesses. Great hiking in the area.
