Fløien Folkerestaurant from 1925 is one of Bergen's most distinguished restaurants, situated on Mount Fløyen, with a spectacular view over Bergen.
Fløirestauranten restaurant is situated 320 meters above sea level and its distinctive architecture and wonderful location make it an attraction in itself.
The building was opened on 13 July 1925, giving Bergen its landmark at the top of the city's most visited mountain.
The restaurant building was bought by Fløibanen in 2013 and is about to undergo major renovations. New concepts will be developed and the restaurant will become part of the overall Mount Fløyen concept. The building will accommodate dining in the restaurant, parties, meetings, banquets and events.
