Welcome to a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and gastronomic pleasure - welcome to Mirabelle by Ørjan Johannessen.
In the heart of 3rd floor in the new boutique hotel Beckerwyc House in Austevoll, you can observe Bocuse d'Or winner Ørjan Johannessen and his team as they create magical moments throughout the evening, with both fjord and mountains as an idyllic backdrop. The bar and lounge area is a jewel in itself, where you can enjoy our signature drinks in a relaxed and soft atmosphere, before going to the table.
At Mirabelle by Ørjan Johannessen you can experience a tasting menu that primarily reflects Ørjan's hometown Bekkjarvik, as well as the rest of Austevoll and the surrounding islands. "Island Gastronomy" is the inspiration, as the unforgettable dining experience is created from the food ingredients, we have available around us, and the flavours are based on both new and old traditions, his personality and authenticity.
It is possible to book the entire Mirabelle by Ørjan Johannessen on request.
