Roast serve exquisite grilled meat dishes from the coal-fired Josper barbecue, homemade sausages and fresh seafood straight from the North Sea.

Roast work with the best suppliers to serve you the freshest seasonal ingredients – served together with a great view of the city.

The signature dish 'ROAST Board' is the most delicious meat with a wonderful aroma that only a coal-fired barbecue can provide. Several of our dishes are ideal for sharing with others, which also gives you the possibility to try several exciting combinations. Roast also offer a carefully selected wine list, where the focus has been to find good wines. The bar serves a wide selection of classic drinks, as well as some that have been uniquely developed for Roast. Welcome!
