We offer private sessions for 2-8 people aswell as share sauna sessions where you can meet new people
Remember to bring drinking water and stay hydrated during your visit. Also bring a towel to sit on and one to dry yourself with after the visit.
In the sauna, you will also find a wardrobe with an available mobile phone charger and connection for music.

By car:
It takes 20 minutes to drive to Fryd Askøy from Bergen city center. Just after the Askøy Bridge and the tunnel, turn left at a roundabout down towards Strusshamn and follow the road to the harbour.
By public transport:
Alternative 1: Take boat number 2070 from the Strandkai terminal in Bergen city center to Kleppestø. (Just behind the Tourist Information). The boat takes 15 minutes and leaves every half hour. At Kleppestø you change to bus number 490 or 491, which takes about 5 minutes to Strusshamn. The bus run every half hour or every hour, depending on the time of day.
Alternative 2: Take bus no. 495, 484 or 481 from Lars Hilles gate to Kleppestø bus terminal. The bus takes about 25 minutes and runs regularly throughout the day. At Kleppestø you change to bus number 490 or 491, which takes about 5 minutes to Strusshamn. These run every half hour or every hour, depending on the time of day.
