Our adventure begins just outside former Fonna Glacier Ski Resort entrance. Please note a toll fee of 100 NOK per vehicle for access to the resort, contributing to snow clearing and maintenance.

* Preparation:
Ensure your comfort with warm clothing, sunglasses, boots, sunscreen, gloves, and a hat. The weather on Folgefonna Glacier can vary, emphasizing the importance of adequate preparation.

From 3 years and older. No previous experience required.
* How to get here:
Transportation is not included in the tour. A convenient option is to rent a car from Bergen. It takes about 2,5 hours to drive from Bergen to the glacier. Alternatively, take a bus to Jondal and then a taxi. The Ski Resort is approximately 20 kilometers from Jondal. We recommend staying overnight in scenic Jondal for a complete experience or consider our overnight tour for an immersive stay.
Public transport schedules can be found on Skyss.no If you have the Bergen Card, you can travel for free with Skyss from Bergen to Jondal. (The card is valid for the whole of Vestland county).
