About

An art exhibition focuses on the phenomenon of Silver Mirroring and the concept of durational images, featuring Lexy's handmade Silver Mirroring prints and film sheets, and unique artist's books. It shares her technical, artistic and philosophical findings from her long-term practice and research in the field of experimental analogue photography. The exhibition explores how photographic decay can be transformed into an aesthetic experience— revealing the poetic qualities within the process of decay.

Lexy is based at Fotoverkstedet and Isotop in Bergen. Her artistic practice includes image-making by the alchemy of photography, and research into silver mirroring degradation of photographs.
