One of Bergen's most traditional bakeries. In this cozy little café, you can enjoy the traditional Skillingsbolle, almond knots, and other delicious treats.

You'll also find a wide selection of open-faced sandwiches, including options with ham, cheese, shrimp, salmon, and vegetarian alternatives. In addition, we serve great coffee and sweet pastries - perfect for breakfast, lunch, or simply a well-earned break.

We bake buns, bread, and other baked goods throughout the day, allowing you to enjoy both the taste and aroma of wonderful traditional pastries in beautiful surroundings, just a short walk from the city center.

Our bakery at Klosteret is located in one of Bergen's most charming neighborhoods, along the route toward the beautiful Nordnes Park and the Aquarium. Here, you'll find stunning architecture that is characteristic of Bergen - the café is situated right next to one of the city's most popular photography spots. You'll also enjoy a unique and alternative view of Bergen's Bryggen waterfront.
