Sann unites origins with the present and offers a journey of flavour, where both knowledge and playful combinations create memorable experiences. With a rooftop garden and what might be the best view in the city as a backdrop, the goal is to offer more than just a meal – to leave guests feeling enriched through both the food and the light, elegant atmosphere.
A transparent relationship with ingredients is reflected in the way herbs and vegetables are grown on-site, adding an extra dimension to both the flavours and the restaurant itself.
A set 4-course menu is offered, with the option to add extra dishes for those who wish. Paired with carefully tailored drink menus, the experience is taken to new heights.
On Saturdays, a 2-course lunch is available, with the option to add cheese and/or dessert. In the cocktail bar, guests can unwind with a drink and perhaps a small, flavourful bite from the kitchen – the heart of Sann. When the weather allows, the rooftop bar and outdoor seating area open up, offering views of the city mountains and a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
The name "Sann" reflects a philosophy of authenticity, transparency, and sustainability.
